  I went into store to repair my old phone without any intentions in getting another phone. Amber told me no problem with repairs. She mentioned that I might want to see the new features of my Samsung and I said sure. After she showed me all the great features I couldn't understand why I would want to keep my old one. Amber was so courteous and helpful when helping my wife and I buy to new top of the line phones. If you want a great purchase experience see Amber. Thank you for everything.

  The best experience I’ve ever had at any retail cellular provider ever! Seriously, go see Fernando, he hooked us up. The consideration taken with my account was unbelievable. All the I’s were crossed and the T’s dotted. Will only go to this location now, even though it is out of my way(from Boise). 10/10 can’t wait for my next visit!

  The service was great about 10 years ago. Stayed with sprint for so long as the price was decent for unlimited data. Unfortunately that is all they had going. Slowly the quality of service went down and the price slowly went up. As most of the networks in the area were getting better sprint stayed stagnant. When I finally made the switch it was a process and a half just to cancel the service which can't even be done in a store. This has to be done over the phone. Also the website that requires a 2 factor authentication everyone you sign in even from the same computer within a few minutes of each other is a pain amd sometimes hard to follow. Will never swap back to sprint without a serious upgrade to the quality of service.
