  This place is the best. My lease was running out and Jacob got me into a new phone without their being some exorbitant charge. No pressure either. I left without making a decision and came back a week later on my terms. His customer service was TERRIFIC! Super person to deal with. Then I had some data messages that I didn't understand on my new phone. I spoke to Morgan on the phone & he explained why it was happening and what to do differently in a fantastic way. I was able to check out my settings area and see exactly what was going on & now I am set. Anyway, if you want a hassle-free cell-phone store experience, I highly suggest this place. I am so glad I stopped by per the lease thing. This is the way customer service SHOULD be.

  Great customer service! Both employees were very helpful when we upgraded our daughter phone. We will definitely come back to this location in the future.
