  I know nothing about batteries or anything of the sort, but the staff here went ABOVE AND BEYOND in order for me to find what I needed and it was all done in great time with PROFESSIONALISM and KINDNESS. Definitely going back if/when I need the help again.

  This place needs more training then Delta and united airlines when it comes to customer service. They are a horrible place to work with from the management down. If you want to go somewhere and be treated like your the problem...this is the place to go.

  I regularly have to purchase batteries for my place of business, and I will ALWAYS drive the extra 15 minutes to come to this location just for the customer service I receive from Austin. He's always friendly and professional, and always does his best to get me a good deal. Thank you Austin and Interstate Battery!
