  I have to admit I don't know much about computers, but that's why I hire people to fix mine when it has issues. Geek on a scooter told me my Lenovo needed a new hard drive. I opted for the more expensive of the two options. Well, not only did my Lenovo come home with the geek on a scooter logo and contact information tucked into every nook and folder I opened, and a remote access program still in the system (did he just forget to remove it?), but my brand new expensive hard drive has only 1/3 (one third!!!) the space that my original hard drive had on it! Oh, and this cost me $334.
