I have had previous dealings with two large chain flooring stores (one neutral and one VERY negative experience) and not only was Capell flooring more customer oriented, but actually asked relevant questions to determine what my specific needs were. I will be referring friends to them exclusively. As a bonus, they were actually about 40% cheaper than the next closest bid.
