  Terrible service from Cheryl W at the Eagle road location. I had my exact measurements for the windows in our new build- literally wrote them all down from the stickers still on the windows dictating manufacturer measurements. Triple checked all of them. She gave us a quote (I believe to get us hooked for some sale they were running), went to measure at the house and suddenly the price had jumped another 50%. She proceeded to tell me I’m wrong and to talk to me like a child and wouldn’t honor the price she had quoted me three days earlier. Didn’t end up going with them and will never recommend to anyone I know. That kind of service is what ruins businesses, or at least specific locations.
